Sōtenden Gin no Iroha Karakuchi Junmai-shu is a pure sake made with the new sake rice "Gin no Iroha", the successor to the rice "Kura no Hana" from Miyagi Prefecture. This sake retains the sweetness of Gin no Iroha, while providing a dry and refreshing finish.
