How long does it take for my package to be shipped?
Packages are shipped within 2 to 4 business days after receipt of your payment.
Can I choose the delivery company?
You have two options. Home delivery, Colissimo or delivery to Relay Points, Mondial Relay . Deliveries are made by a logistics and distribution company called Wing. Your location may not allow the use of Mondial Relay.
For Mondial Relay deliveries, shipping costs remain free for customers in France, Monaco, and now also in Belgium and Luxembourg for any order of €60 or more.

There is no weight limit for purchases over €250.
Can I track my package sent by KIOKO?
After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and delivery status. You will not receive an estimated delivery date. Please ensure that someone is home on the day of delivery as you will need to sign for your package. We will do our best to accommodate any inquiries regarding your package being delayed.
I have not received my package.
If your package is damaged or lost, or if you are not at home, it may not be delivered. In this case, please contact your post office in case of Colissimo. If your package is not delivered within 30 days, please contact KIOKO.
I live on the island of Martinique, how long will it take for my package to arrive?
For the islands of Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, French Guiana, Reunion and Saint Martin, the delivery time is usually 6-8 business days. You can check the delivery status from the URL in the tracking number confirmation email.
I live in Belgium, what is the delivery time?
Packages outside FRANCE are generally delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the date of receipt of the shipping notice. However, depending on the delivery address, the time may be longer. (Please note that delays may occur in the event of a problem).
