Hi-Sour Lemon
Hi-Sour Lemon is a Japanese lemon soda that has been enjoyed for many years in bars and izakayas in Japan. Low in sugar and refreshing, it offers a fresh lemon aroma and intense effervescence.
The lemon juice used for this drink is obtained using the "Mannaka Shibori" method, which involves slicing each lemon and extracting only the juice from approximately 30% of the central part of the pulp. This method yields a carefully selected lemon juice that preserves its aromatic qualities.
With its fresh and low-sugar taste, Hi-Sour Lemon can be enjoyed on its own when chilled, but it is also particularly suitable for mixing with various spirits to prepare Japanese cocktails.

Its lemony taste, natural acidity, and strong carbonation make it an excellent mixer for alcoholic beverages. It can notably be used to prepare a "Lemon Sour," a very popular drink in Japanese bars.
Hi-Sour Lemon also contains citric acid naturally present in lemons, as well as pronounced carbonation that provides a particularly refreshing sensation in the mouth.
