Preparing Sanuki Udon

Stovetop preparation:

  • Boil about 350 ml of water in a saucepan.
  • Add the noodles and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Do not force the noodles apart immediately. Wait until they become softer after the water boils again, then gently separate them.
  • Place the noodles in a bowl and add the broth and ingredients of your choice.

Microwave preparation:

  • Slightly open the sachet along the designated cut.
  • Heat in the microwave for about 2 minutes 30 seconds at 500 W or about 2 minutes at 600 W.
  • Pour the noodles into a bowl, then add the broth and desired toppings.

Serving suggestions
