Every Day Kanpan are carefully cooked after a long yeast fermentation using a unique method. Thanks to simple ingredients, this method brings out all the delicacy of these Kanpan of which Hokka is proud. Their deep flavor, coming from the fermented dough, is enhanced by the toasted aroma of black sesame, which enhances the taste.
