This product uses white radishes grown organically on a designated farm (Yunnan Province, China), recognized by a certification body registered with the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
Rehydration modeAfter rinsing the dried radishes, soak them in water for 10 to 15 minutes. Their weight will increase by about 5 times after rehydration. (This process eliminates unpleasant odors, but prolonged soaking may reduce their sweetness and their flavor.)
Precautions for useEven before opening, the sugars contained in the product may brown over time, but this does not affect their use. (To avoid discoloration, store the product in the refrigerator, preferably in the freezer.)
