Instructions for use: Temaki Sushi Temaki sushi (prepared rice wrapped in a sheet of seaweed) is easy to make at home and economical.
Preparation steps- Place half of a sheet of YAKI-SUSHI NORI in the palm of your hand.
- Spread some prepared rice (sushi)* on the seaweed sheet.
- Add the ingredients of your choice: strips of raw or cooked fish, shrimp, salmon, vegetables, etc.
- Add green mustard or mayonnaise, according to your taste.
- Roll the YAKI-SUSHI NORI with the ingredients listed above to form a cone
How to prepare sushi rice? Cook 3 cups of rice as directed on the package. Once the rice is cooked, place it in a large bowl. Pour a mixture of 1/2 cup of sushi vinegar (or 1/2 cup of regular vinegar with sugar and salt) evenly over the rice. Mix gently so as not to crush the rice grains. Let cool before using.
