Garlic Miso (Koji - Bouilli Ail made from Giant Garlic)
Jumbo garlic is characterized by a less pronounced odor than ordinary garlic. It is also cultivated using organic compost and an agricultural method which does not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides. It can be used not only on hot rice, but also on grilled rice dumplings, egg rice, sautéed rice, salads with mayonnaise and also like Miso Dengaku.
